The Including Us project targets youth in communities around St. Lucia with a special emphasis on young girls/women and children with disabilities, providing physical and psycho-social support to groups that most need it. The project’s overall goal will contribute to better their lives - by reducing the incidence of child abuse and gender-based violence. SSF will collaborate with stakeholders who -o help strengthen the capacity of Eastern Caribbean Civil Society Organisations (CSO’s) and community actors working with these target groups and by so doing, develop a cadre of youth leaders to champion change significantly aiding in the inclusive engagement of CSO’s with the target groups.

 Specific objective(s)

·       To improve the safeguarding and inclusion of marginalised and vulnerable young women and youth with disabilities in St. Lucia.

·    To strengthen CSOs in St. Lucia in policy dialogue with the aim of improving their response to the physical and psycho-social needs of young women and children with disabilities.

·    To improve the physical and pyscho-social health and well-being among disadvantaged young women and persons with  disabilities.
